John Wiley Publishers (Canada) has bought World English rights for Adrian Raeside’s Return to the Antarctica: A Personal Journey Back to the 1910 Scott Expedition to the South Pole which will chronicle the journey of his grandfather Sir Charles (Silas) Wright the expedition’s Glaciologist and Physicist. He was the lone Canadian and one of the few survivors of the fateful mission. Raeside returns to the South Pole in late 2008 with the book scheduled for 2009 in time for the centennial celebrations.

The first book, due in 2005, will also detail how western governments – including his own country - failed in their attempts to help release Sampson and others falsely accused, instead resorting to an international prisoner swap to howls of outrage in the press and the public.

Oriental Press has bought Chinese language rights for Bumblebees Can't Fly. The sale was made through co-agent Big Apple Tuttle-Mori in China. This makes the ninth translation for this international bestseller.
